Professor O'Brien is an Associate Professor of Global Indigenous Nations Studies and Political Science. She published: American Indian Tribal Governments, and several articles and law reviews concerning rights of American Indians. Co-Director of Tribal Law and Government Center, University of Kansas School of Law. GINSP Graduate Student Advisor.
