About Us

Indigenous Studies at KU offers a master's degree, joint master's/JD program with KU Law, a graduate certificate and an undergraduate minor. Our interdisciplinary approach gives you multiple perspectives and the skills needed to continue on to a Ph.D. program or work in a variety of sectors. Personalized advising is at the heart of what we do. Our engaged faculty and staff meet with you regularly to create a degree plan to get the most out of our program.
You're always welcome in the ISP offices, too. Use our student workstations, print your readings and assignments, or just swing by to relax between classes in 316 Snow Hall. (And don't forget to stop by for our food days each semester!)
We look forward to getting to know you. Please contact us with any questions or to schedule a campus visit.
