ISP 504 / HIST 353 Indigenous Peoples of North America
Online | Summer Session 2 | M-F from 1-3pm
This course explores histories of Indigenous nations in North America covering cultures, places, conflicts, policies, and other historical events, as well as investigating the origins of American Colonization.
Students in this course will:
- Examine Indigenous nations, their histories, and their enduring cultural traditions.
- Investigate colonization, resistance, diplomacy, law, and modern Indigenous political movements
- Build critical research and writing skills.
