Biography

Gâvvy Sanders (she/her/ella) is a J.D./M.A. student at the University of Kansas. Throughout her studies, Gâvvy studies tribal sovereignty and self-determination, weaving a decolonial feminist lens into the legal field and liberatory organizing. Gâvvy hopes to become a civil rights attorney after graduating, working on civil rights litigation with an emphasis on issues affecting Indian country!
