Biography —
Kalysta Crone is an enrolled member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Ojibwe and a descendant of the Ho-Chunk Nation of Wisconsin. She recently earned her B.A. in Indigenous and American Indian Studies from Haskell Indian Nations University, where she was a proud first-generation college graduate. Kalysta is currently pursuing her M.A. in Indigenous Studies with a focus on Indian Law. She is deeply honored to be receiving this education and is committed to bringing the knowledge and skills she gains back home to serve and uplift her people.
