Biography —
Summerdawn Klain is an Indigenous Studies Student in the Department of the KU Indigenous Studies Program. Research Focuses start with language and cultural revitalization through ecological and environmental sustainability within rural public education. Recent publication with the EPA and educational focus through higher Indian education as a goal for rural indigenous communities. Future goals and aspirations is to create and share knowledges through sustainability not only in small Navajo rural communities, rather to share this focus throughout Indian country for proper revitalization.
